Theory of Change and Innovation
AREA held a workshop on the Theory of Change and Innovtion May 23-25, 2016 at the Palm Events Center, Pétionville, Haiti.
Change is everywhere. Leaders have a responsibility to understand the diffusion of innovation, develop strategies to overcome barriers to change, recognize the role we play in the innovation process and create the technologies that address the needs in our communities. This workshop was designed to challenge participants to think critically about these concepts and develop practical applications for one's work.
