Workshop on managing soil fertility in Haiti
Soil scientist Wesly Jeune, Ph.D., who directs AREA's soil fertility management program, led two workshops in 2018 on how to manage the fertility of soil in Haiti. The workshops were held at the Rural Center for Sustainable Development (CRDD) of Bas-Boën.
Farmers, agronomists and students from Haitian colleges of agriculture attended the workshops.
